Oral Presentation
Oral presenters will have 12 - 15 minutes to present summarizing their abstracts.
Presentation time: 12 minutes for sessions with 4 scheduled talks and 15 minutes for sessions with 3 scheduled talks
Presentation Format: Powerpoint slide
Personal Devices: Presenters can present from your personal laptops or USB drive
Special adapters: Please bring your own special adapters as needed, UC Merced will have some special adapters available for those using personal laptops
Room Specs: HDMI Adapters, HDMI Cable, Integrated Audio Conferencing

Rapid-Fire Presentation
Rapid-fire presenters will have 5 minutes to present 1 slide with no animation summarizing their poster. Rapid-fire presentations should provide a brief introduction and summary of the content that your poster contains.
Presentation time: 5 minutes to present a summary of your submitted abstract
Setup Time: Please show up before the allotted times on the schedule for the Rapid-Fire Session

Poster Presentation
Please be prepared to present a poster (36" x 48", Portrait or Landscape) of your abstract on the date you were selected, easels and corrugated board will be provided.
