On-Campus Housing
Individuals visiting UC Merced as an attendee of the 20th Annual UC Systemwide Bioengineering Symposium are invited to reserve accommodations directly with UC Merced Housing. Please use the "Reserve On-Campus Housing" link below to reserve a room. Guests will be rooming in the Mariposa Residence Hall of the Sierra Terraces. This is a non-smoking residence hall within walking distance of all conference facilities.
Each room contains a bed, desk and chair, drawers and closet space for each guest. Guests will also be provided: 1 face and body towel, 1 top and 1 bottom sheet, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, and 1 roll of toilet paper for the week. Please note that UC Faculty and Staff will be able to reserve rooms with single occupancy, while others will be able to reserve rooms with triple occupancy.
Buildings are wired for high-speed internet access through Ethernet ports. Wireless internet is also accessible through UCM Guest Wi-Fi. Rooms require hard key access and a Cat-Card to gain entry to the building through exterior security doors. Because space is limited, we encourage guests to reserve early.

Check In: Thursday, June 27, 2019 shall be between 9:00 am– 1:00 pm at the Mariposa Residence Hall Lounge.
Check Out: Sunday, June 30, 2019 shall be between 8:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Mariposa Residence Hall Lounge. Guests will be able to check out sooner.

Parking
Parking will be available in the Bellevue Lot at the intersection of Bellevue Ave. and Lake Rd. Guests will need to pay for parking for this event on Thursday and Friday. All day parking (until 11:59 pm) will be $8.
